Service Description

​

To complete an assessment, Mindy will conduct interview(s) as needed with the child's team: parents, teachers, care-givers. The OT will also complete standardized and non-standardized tests, and make clinical observations. As part of the assessment, families will complete paperwork about their child's medical history, birth and development, and areas of concern. The occupational therapist will evaluate skills such as fine motor, sensory motor, visual motor, and gross motor skills. Mindy will provide an assessment plan going forward with individualized goals. OT sessions are one on one with a licensed therapist .
